Nancy’s musical direction, this independent community handbell ensemble
from the greater Portland area, is dedicated to the advancement of
handbell ringing through performance and education.
Founded in 1990, BOC presents public concerts, workshops, and
reading sessions, as well as sponsoring biannual Handbell
Cruises
